It's a wrap!

NTIF is now officially over for another year. The musicians are back home or on their way to the next gig; the decorations are back in their box, the tents and stages are down and the final payments are being mailed to vendors and contractors.

Yes, it was a record attendance. The final count is not yet in, but initial estimates are between 37,000 and 39,000 people over the three days. All reports are that this was not just the biggest NTIF, but one of the best in recent years.

Volunteer Picnic

Each year the SCMA Board of Directors hosts a picnic in recognition of the outstanding work that the volunteers do each year. This years picnic will be held on April 17th at 12:00 noon at Winfrey Point on the shores of White Rock Lake. Enter on East Lawther by the spillway or Emerald Isle by Barbecs off Garland Road.

Bring your sunscreen, favorite Irish CDs and your stories of the Festival. The rest is on us.
